The best way to Meditate
The easiest meditation to me is the breathe trail method. This is the best way to meditate for beginners and those who's curious how to do meditation.
Close your eyes and focus your attention to your breathing. Imagine your breath has a beginning point. Follows your breath into your nose and into your body. At the end of your inhale hold it for a few seconds then slowly release the exhale still following your breathe with your mind. At the end of the exhale, hold it a few secs then back to inhale.
When you find yourself thinking of something else, simply bring your attention back to your breath.
Do this exercise for 15 minutes or more for best results. Learn for yourself
